I received a used product. When I opened it I saw immediately that it was dirty and looked like dirty contact lens solution. This product doesn't feel premium. The keys feel cheap. Edit: I've added more photos to show that this product has actually been used before. I used it for the first time last night and as soon as I plugged it in the cycle started, I wanted to stop it so I hit the stop button and it didn't stop. Then I unplugged the device and plugged it back in and the same thing happened. I let it run to see if it stops after 3 or 5 minutes and it ran longer until I turned it off. I didn't even put my lenses in the ultrasound for fear it would ruin them. This is my worst Amazon purchase ever. If I could rate this with 0 stars I would. I do not recommend this product.
