They cannot be used as turn and strobe.
I do not recommend it, I tried using it as a blinker and flash but it didn't work, I even tried using a relay but as soon as you turn on the power The flash, the blinkers (the one this one is attached to) work to freeze. In the end I just ran away like a flashbulb, dissatisfied with it.
