I've been using this backpack for 3 weeks. It's worth noting that I'm also a beginner so I needed something comfortable but big enough to carry my stuff. I carry full gear so I bring a change of clothes and shoes for work that fit in a bag. I also carry earplugs, wallet, apple watch, packed lunch, face masks and anything else I need in my backpack. However, when I quit my job at the pizzeria tonight, I forgot I don't drive to work and wondered if I could take pizza home. The box was too big to fit in a backpack, but with all the straps to carry my helmet, I was able to safely carry the pizza and cruise down the Beverly Hills canyons to the valley. Of course, no one should try this with a fresh pack of hot pizza, but the fact that I can carry a lot of things I need for commuting was really impressive. The backpack feels very robust and I like the look of it. I highly recommend trying it out if you don't know what else to try.
