Exactly like the picture, my daughter loves it!
For size reference, my daughter is just over 1.20m tall and the bag fits her perfectly. It is absolutely beautiful and the matching pencil case and lunch bag are equally beautiful. I like the inner pockets, they make it easy to organize her stuff and if the bag holds up like I think she can easily use it for a long time. Yes, you can buy a $15-$20 bag and throw it away if it falls apart, but it's worth the extra money for the quality and accessories.
