Not very wide for my needs

Offers enough space for a laptop but not where you normally put your laptop. So it's not held in place by velcro. It wasn't wide enough for a medium sized folder and your personal belongings. I won't buy it again as it wasn't wide enough for my needs. But a nice bag and a great price if you only carry a laptop, wallet and notepad.
