I have two very large puppies who don't care about landscaping. After they nearly destroyed my gardenias by attacking them I thought I needed a solution. I bought some of these panels after seeing a competitive product in a leading brand's garden catalog at an exorbitant price and looking for cheaper solutions on Revain. The panels file down easily, although I would recommend using metal garden pegs (like the ones you use to file down landscape fabric) to secure them in place and then sprinkle some bark or mulch over the edges . Posts are not included with the panels. The panels snap together, but be careful when putting them together as the little latches are a little flimsy (I accidentally broke one). The panels are very light and not that strong so I had a little doubt they would scare away my giant dogs but in fact it has been a week since I installed the panels and they have left them alone. And my pups think anything not nailed down in the yard is a chew toy, so that's saying a lot! I would give them more stars if they were stronger and cheaper. 10 panels is a lot, but they were only enough for a small area.
