Bought 2 that didn't work
I bought this phone and had to return it because the ringer didn't work. The switch on the bottom turned out to be loose, so I traced the malfunction to that. I sent it back and it was promptly replaced with the 2nd phone. The box in the Revain box appears to have been previously opened. The call on the second phone didn't work either. Yes, I had the switch down. Yes, all cables were correctly connected. I could dial a number. I was able to take a call from someone on the cell phone in the next room while we were testing the phone. They told me they would call their site and I could answer and talk to them. The phone just doesn't ring.
