I bought this item for my dogs at the end of December 2019. Because of the price I expect not only the quality of the product but also the customer service. Absolute disappointment! Seeing is believing there is mold in the food. Yes, the mold is green in small areas or has penetrated the interior. A customer service rep asked me to email them pictures and no further action since. Money is a big issue, but risking my dog's health is so much more than anything!
