This cold brew pitcher is great for deep, rich flavor with minimal fuss. My husband and I love iced coffee in spring and summer. We used to fill a pitcher from our Keurig and put it in the fridge and it was good, nothing special but good enough. We got a Starbucks cold brew pouch (fine base in a tea bag like pouch) and tried it and it was so good. But expensive - not much cheaper than buying it in a store. So the search for a way to make it at home began. I'm also a traditional tea drinker so I put in an infusion of the leaves thinking the same would work for coffee - we just needed to find a larger pot and teapot. This is a beautiful tempered heat resistant glass with a rustproof long brewer. It's 40 ounces, which is quite a lot for us. It's super easy to use - just take whatever coffee grounds you like, put 1/4 to 1/2 cup in the strainer - depending on your taste - then fill the pitcher with water and chill. In 24 hours you will have delicious, full-bodied and full-bodied iced coffee. Simply fix as desired and fill with ice. We love it.
