To be honest I am shocked by several bad reviews. I have $240 worth of brushed nickel covers of all kinds. Everyone was perfect! Exactly as pictured, no scratches thanks to careful/considered packaging, shipped in two days, they are the standard size that reviews lie about, and now my place G looks. When I put them on I either lost a screw or they were short. So I emailed Franklin Brass for a set of screws and they sent them to me straight away. It's hard to find someone who can tie their shoelaces properly, let alone provide great customer service. I'm blown away by how outstanding the overall buying experience was, including the price!
