I bought 75 watt equivalent 4000k color temp bulbs to replace 6 incandescent bulbs above the vanity in the master bathroom. It took me a long time to find this combination at a reasonable price - I prefer the 4000k tone because 3000k is too yellow to see well with age and 5000k is too noticeable. 4000k is spot on - not yellow and not so white it turns bluish, so we're gradually replacing all the lightbulbs in our house with 4000k LEDs. With 6 of these above the vanity, the room is now MUCH brighter than before. When I was changing the light bulbs I noticed that the lights are getting quite old so I don't know if it's the light fitting or the bulb, but I did notice a very slight wobble/flicker in one light bulb when I turned it on . I tightened the bulb in the socket and it's no longer noticeable. But the other bulb doesn't turn on immediately. I give these lamps the presumption of doubt and attribute this to the old lamp. It's barely noticeable. I keep bulbs because I love them and I'm glad to have them in this hard-to-find 75W 4000K combo. I write honest reviews to help others make informed purchases because I read reviews myself and know how helpful they can be. . I hope my review was helpful to you.
