Once the glass simply broke while cooking.

I received this in December 2019. It was professionally installed. We've been using it ever since. In December 2020, during our usual lunchtime prep, the class just crashed for no reason. The glass wasn't warm so there's no reason for it to break. Luckily my wife wasn't hurt. Glass splinters flew in all directions, it took almost 2-3 hours to remove them from our kitchen. I emailed them customer service with pictures. You returned the money. But did not refund the cost I incurred to install it. I just wanted others to be careful when choosing such cheap products. Good lesson learned, hard road. Now back to the profile of GE or Kitchenaid. God bless this product.
