I love that it's integrated into our system so we don't have to use another software or website for this part of my job! It also makes me happy when people book through us because they know their information will be kept secure since TNP has been certified by TRUSTe (I think).

There were some issues in 2018 where there was an issue integrating one supplier but after speaking directly w/the support team at TNXt those problems seemed resolved - however if you're having any other integration related hiccups as far as data flows etc., please reach out via phone & direct communication instead of emailing your question about how something works bc sometimes emails get lost between all parties involved :) If anyone who uses TD Ameritrade wants access from home without needing internet connectivity during work hours then yes go ahead.
