I have mild arthritis and find it very difficult to wear rings. They should be big enough to fit over my knuckles but that makes them too big for my finger and they roll. This little gem solved the problem completely! That's great! I highly recommend getting this strain pack. There are 4 sizes, that means 4 thicknesses. You may have to play around with this a bit to figure out what size to use. You simply hook the end to the bottom of the ring and then twist it so that it wraps around the stem. Cut to the width you want and you're done. This of course changes the size a bit. For those who need more room around the knuckle, put the ring on and have someone help you rotate it around the shank while it's on your finger. It is very comfortable and the ring does not roll on your finger at all! I've been wearing the ring for a few days now and don't notice it anymore. Because it's rubber, you can take a shower, do the dishes, work in the garden, do whatever you want and you'll be fine. I'm so glad I found this! I'm working on putting it on all my rings. Super great product! I wish I had had this many years ago.
