I like that there are several options to customize my forms with additional fields or questions depending upon what we need from them for our clients' needs! Also very easy integration into Salesforce which makes it even better!! Sometimes they can be difficult if you don't speak German but their support team always gets back within an hour of needing help so no issues here at all. Really helpful when working remotely as well - having access via sales rep allows me some time off work without worrying about sending information over email etc.- saves us tons more money than using another service provider outsource option where everything has extra costs associated (i'm speaking specifically regarding printing).
