These little cubes are fun! They come in a small plastic container with a lid, and even include a pair of small tongs to help you remove the dice from the tray. Although I haven't used the tongs much, I've tried the stainless steel ice cubes 3 times already and I think they were a good buy. Like regular ice cubes, they keep my drink cold. I've used them in everything from plain water to Diet Coke to white wine and they do their job well; no watered down drinks! The only downside is that since they're made of stainless steel, they sink the moment you put them in a glass, which doesn't allow them to evenly distribute the chilling factor. It's helpful to stir the dice in your drink after you throw them so the rest of the drink is chilled. Otherwise I find the cubes very useful. Instead of worrying about refilling ice cube trays or using stale ice from a basket, you can have reusable ice cubes available when you need them!
