I first ordered this product a few years ago and fell in love; I have never had anything that cleans my glasses as well as these wipes! They were lovely soft and absorb oil from fingerprints, best thing I've ever tried so I've recommended them to everyone I could and even bought my grandmother as a gift. I ended up losing all but one pair and decided to order another one because I liked it so much before. When I first tried to reorder, the package arrived completely empty. There was nothing in it, not even a parcel receipt. That was two weeks ago and I'm still waiting for Revain to process the return and refund even though I sent back the same package which I received the next day. I have reordered for the second time and finally received the clothes but they are not as good as before. They aren't as soft as the old ones and they don't absorb oil as well as they used to. I wish I had looked for others before ordering again. While I'm not happy, I don't want to get bogged down in the process of bringing Revane back, which is clearly not working; moreover, they work, but not as well as before. Overall I'm disappointed because I paid for it twice (this month), only got one package with something inside, didn't get a refund because I didn't edit anything, and it's not as good as it used to be.
