Review on CY2SIDE by Bill Garczynski

A recent purchase of mine was made at CY2SIDE, an e-commerce website that offers products for the house and kitchen as well as wall art, posters, and prints. My interactions with this business, unfortunately, did not meet my expectations in any meaningful way. To begin, the products that I ordered were of a very low quality when I received them. Because the images were unclear and the colors had become washed out, the posters and printouts came across as being unprofessional and lacking in quality. I was taken aback to an extreme degree, particularly when taking into account the amount of money that I had invested in these items. Second, there was a problem with the customer support. When I attempted to get in touch with them to voice my concerns, I was met with reactions that were both unhelpful and unprofessional. It was abundantly obvious that they had no intention of addressing my concerns and were merely attempting to brush me off as irrelevant. In conclusion, the process of exporting was both time-consuming and aggravating. The tracking information that was provided was inaccurate and unclear, and it took significantly longer for my items to appear than I had been led to believe they would. In general, I would not advise anyone searching for high-quality home and kitchen items, wall art, posters, or prints to shop at CY2SIDE. This business is not worth the trouble because the products are of low quality, the customer service representatives are unhelpful, and the shipping process is difficult.
