Review on 🔌 Welder Machine Ground Clamp by Dustin Miller

I should have believed the reviews. This thing is way slimmer than I could have imagined. I think you could probably put a few screws in a clothespin and get about the same clamping force. The ground strip from side to side is almost paper thin and I'm pretty sure it's copper plated aluminum. Also, he's barely holding on. I see him breaking down sooner rather than later. The size of the wire bolt was so small that I didn't have a ring terminal small enough to fit on it that would also fit my wire. And trust me, I have a lot of ring terminals to choose from. So I had to drill a larger hole (up to 1/4" which was the maximum possible) and use my own screw. It will help me, but I will be replacing it very soon. I should have checked with Harbor Freight first, they did have a duplicate of this for $8 but for the price of this you can get the 400 amp clamp they have which is what it actually looks like on that listing.
