I bought three of these water bottles because they look great and when they're good, they're good! But they have several significant drawbacks: - I had three fragments of simple tips. No massive falls, just a tumble on my desk/counter/floor in the Pilates studio - they mold under the cap and they don't offer an option to buy new caps (which I think a sustainability-minded company can do, so I don't do anything throw away) - the plastic plug is detached from the wooden cover. Can be fixed with glue but cumbersome - customer service is slow with few solutions. When my last bottle broke, I finally decided not to buy it again.
