Product is easy to install. The price is good but the quality is not very good. I was also sent the wrong color at first and as an electrician it's good for me to have all the materials in place and fix them. Causes delays and time. I installed 44 of these in a new house. Each of them sometimes flickered around the house at the same time. The Sunco rep didn't help and said it could be a bad batch and they would send me 44 new ones and I would send the old ones back. They said it would arrive in 3-5 business days and I would receive a confirmation email. The letter never arrived, it took 3-4 days. I called again and was told they would call me back and he needed to contact the agent I spoke to. The following week I received an email saying I would have to return the 44 defective sticks to get new ones under warranty, or buy new ones and send them back. Had I been told this beforehand I wouldn't have missed the week for lack of time due to the landlord being unhappy but of course the third agent I spoke to told me he didn't know who I was talking to but the second agent did knew it. Even worse, 8 of them were in a high foyer and large room with 22-25ft ceilings. It was impractical to climb a 14-16 foot ladder to detach and reattach a better brand from Lowe's. I recommend the 4 inch Sunco. There were 3 on the bookshelves and none flickered. I also work for a general contractor that supplies recessed LED lights for new construction and renovation and we install 4 inch floorboards and do an excellent job. never a problem I have never written a review for anything and this is my first because it was just a bad experience. I didn't want to confuse the chance of reinstalling 44 new Sunco bars with the chance of them flickering again. I installed Lowe's brand and no problem at all. I recommend Sunco 4" trimmers.
