I love this concept. However, assembly was quite difficult as the bars are painted and get stuck. It has too many points to secure with buckle straps. And one of my cats escaped trying to get him out and back in because the little locks are difficult to pick in many places. It took me a long time to open the door enough to reach him, but he had enough room to run away before I could grab him and bring him back inside. he disappeared for 3 days. 😕 Now none of my cats will walk in it or use it at all. and it was a bit pricey for the product considering it was a failure to stop my cats from escaping and now they won't get in. 😕 I don't recommend this to anyone unless they have a well behaved cat who won't run away as soon as the door opens even a little. There are many add-ons you can buy, but they're all expensive too, so it's not easy to afford them when you need more space.
