EDIT: Amazing customer service! They contacted me and sent me a replacement for the broken one, plus another very nice one! I would still recommend being careful with the product but they are certainly very cute and really hold the hair in place. Thanks for the great customer service! They are very sweet! I love how my hair looks in it. I'm a groomer so I exercise A LOT and it's really holding up! However, when I tried to use it on my first day, I tried to twist it and the wire inside broke. It's frustrating because I didn't even press that hard. Later I will try to glue the wire again but for now I will use another one but it needs to be treated like glass.
