So I mostly sweat in Florida. I try to run a few times a week but it stinks so hot! I bought some stroller fans to keep my kids cool and finally figured out hey I should get one for myself while I run! This fan is great for that. I just hang it on the stroller handle (I'm going with a double bed so it has a long handle, enough room for a fan) and then tilt the fan so it blows on me. Although I still sweat while running, the constant pleasant breeze helps! Too bad I didn't think of it earlier this summer!
