May Contain Cholesterol
I've been taking it with water and psyllium husk twice a day for 2 years. It's disgusting. In any case, my cholesterol slowly increased during these 2 years. Nothing crazy but now I'm +10 from a healthy range. I take my diet seriously and the only real source of cholesterol I have is trimmed baked chicken breasts. Either I suddenly had a cholesterol problem in my thirties, or it's not cholesterol free. I'm switching to another brand
