The most important benefit that I have seen in just one day was to get qualified leads for my business! There were no downsides or anything like this, everything went smoothly as expected from beginning till end (all thanks go out there). Nothing yet but will update when it happens :) Would definitely recommend if you want best results after all efforts put into getting traffic & converting them!! We are solving our problem regarding lead generation via C2C Calls by having more than 1 million calls per month which we never had before using their services. The call center platform has allowed us to track our phone calls very easily, which we were unable to do in previous versions of salesforce. It's also helped drive more revenue from customer service by having them answer their own phones! I dislike that it doesn't integrate well into Sales Cloud for tracking leads/customer information between two different platforms. We have been able to help improve conversion rates and increase overall revenues via higher quality customers.
