We use this broom in our RV. It's the best we've found, but not without its flaws. This is our second purchase of this broom. The first lasted 5 years so we didn't complain and bought the same one a second time. ADVANTAGES: Takes up very little space. The handle is long enough - I'm 5ft 8" and don't have to bend down to use it. The angle on the broom head is good for sweeping back and forth. It's inexpensive, so you won't lose a lot of money if it eventually fails. CONS: Extensions snap into place by stretching and twisting to tighten. Sometimes the latch can loosen while sweeping and needs to be re-tightened. I suppose I could turn them more aggressively, but I'm afraid I might break them because. After five years of operation, all three clamping mechanisms failed. I had to stick them on until I found a replacement. CONCLUSION: Despite its limitations, this folding broom is a handy, handy little piece of equipment at a price low enough to afford the downsides and limited lifespan. If you have an RV with limited storage space for long items and need a broom this might suit your needs.
