Hm. Yes, I think it was worth it!

I also bought it after my back surgery. Back surgery caused plantera fasciitis, I was in pretty bad shape as far as pain goes. So I was willing to pay almost anything to help with my problems. I read countless shoe reviews and settled on this Hoka Bondi 6. My first impression after buying it was that it's not the prettiest shoe I've ever bought, but it's not the ugliest shoe either. Pick up shoes, you know. They're light as a feather for shoes that big. When trying them on, they are very comfortable, breathable, feel spongy and appear springy. They add a little pizzazz to your step. I was disappointed that they didn't have extra arch support. Speaking of which, I put insoles, but after quickly removing them, I found that the shoe had lost some of its spongy feel. Now I walk straighter and longer every day. These Hoka shoes seem to have helped me a lot with my planter fasciitis as well. Along with a few other remedies I've tried. These shoes are very comfortable, love the feel and the height. If Hoka had the same shoes but with more arch support. I would like to buy them! Except for the high price and the need for extra arch support. I can't find anything negative about these shoes so far. Probably the most comfortable shoes I've ever had. I even think they helped me correct my step. When you have a problem with your body, your body adapts to compensate. I'm walking again, like before, because of back problems!
