I really hate giving bad reviews but this vise is one of the worst pieces of gear I have ever seen. This is far from true. A piece of thin metal fell off when I was removing a very poor box. I later realized that this piece of metal was a spacer that the manufacturer placed between one of the set screws and the vise because the screw and vise were so out of tolerance that it wouldn't work. Maybe there was a country of origin somewhere on the Revain list that I didn't see because if I saw where it was made I wouldn't buy it.
