As a frequent traveler, I wish this product was better. I've been to countries where Nescafe is closest to coffee, even when such countries export world-class coffee. On paper, this seems like the perfect coffee-on-the-go solution. Combined with a manual coffee grinder, I can make a decent cup anywhere. You can also use the Kohipress as a standard coffee shop travel glass, although I've found that a few ounces of coffee spill into the grounds chamber below the filter. My main gripe with this device is the seemingly inevitable mess I create every time I use it. When you press the coffee, the liquid and grounds will inevitably seep into the space between the metal cup and the plastic cylinder, spilling hot coffee on the table (if you're lucky) or on your arms/pants/etc. This seems to be an ongoing problem. with this device, which severely limits its usefulness. Your mileage may vary.
