Good backpack (except for one issue), Terrible packaging
The backpack itself is excellent except some zippers have a drawstring and some don't. However, there was only one layer of packaging in the backpack β a thin plastic bag. When this bag arrived at my doorstep everything was in torn places with the largest hole being a huge 4 inch hole. Good quality backpack, looks really good and offers a lot of space, but on the other hand the packaging sucks.
