Excellent customer service. They are always willing to help you out even when my request is not their top priority! I like how they respond quickly to emails (even if it's just about scheduling meetings). The team of writers at Ink can be difficult to communicate with as some of them don't have much experience writing copy so communication takes longer than normal. Sometimes we would get stuck without any updates from one of our writer members which made us wonder whether or not they were still working on our project. It was very frustrating but overall everything worked out well. My client had an issue where she wanted her website redesigned and updated but didn't want to pay too much money because she wasn't sure what kind of results she'd see after spending such a large amount of money.
