The gloves are exactly what I was looking for. I've worn Plainsman gloves for over twenty years and consider them the best! These aren't the type of gloves I've worn and loved for years, although the product description indicated they might be similar. Here's what they are. Close to original or older gloves. But I was happy with the quality and appearance until I tried them on my hands. The small size is too big for my hands, so I gifted the gloves to family members who have big hands. Both ladies loved the gloves and both were perfect for large hands. The leather used for the gloves is very soft and strong enough that I have no doubt that ladies will wear these gloves for many years to come. I was disappointed with the fit but other than that I highly recommend this product.
