Review on Kwame Fabric / Walnut Finish Dining Chairs by Christopher Knight Home - Set of 2, Mint by Morgan Arnold
We are in love, not in love!
So far we really like these chairs but we're not in love! In photographs, wood surfaces appear darker and more mid-century modern (e.g. walnut). The chair looks more rustic in real. The base looks like pine and has a few knots. I'll probably sand them down and paint them a bit darker when I'm up for a project. Overall the price ($60 per chair) is quite high. I could get the same quality at Ikea for $35-$40 a chair.
