I like how easy it was to get started with this service. We have had many issues over time that were resolved very quickly by their team members. They are always willing to help you out when needed regardless of your payment method or location! If you're looking to store multiple cryptocurrencies (not just Bitcoin), there's no other option than using this software compared to any others we've tried. It takes some getting used too but once it gets going it works great. We use BitGo as well so not only do they support all major currencies such as BTC/ETH/LTC etc., but also EOS, XRP, DASH among several others. So far nothing negative at all about working through them. Keep up the good work guys!! Multiple Cryptocurrencies storage plus cold wallet protection via hardware wallets is what sets us apart from competitors who don't offer those options.
