The top is cracked and the OEM says they don't have all the parts to replace it under the manufacturer's warranty against manufacturing defects. Fully compressed fibreboard with laminate. Can't ship it back via UPS due to damaged packaging, but they can fucking leave it outside my door in the rain. Save your $100 for something else you'll regret later. Negative ratings for Revain, UPS and Hodedah for failing on all fronts.
