Great item. Paired with a Samsung EVO+ 256GB microSD card, I efficiently and seamlessly doubled the storage space on my Mac (which felt pretty limited). The drive wasn't registered when I first put it in the slot, but I had no problems after verifying that the microSD card was fully seated. I didn't look back. I can't comment on the durability of this adapter, but I didn't notice any obvious design flaws. Also, I don't see myself removing it any time soon; Without mechanical deformation, I don't expect mechanical failure. I can't imagine running out of disk space and not having infrequently used files in . Well, and an external external drive.
