I only bought this to use in my flash card for my Nintendo DS Lite. By God, it's survived the years. For me it was always almost full of ROM and never had a crash. It's relatively fast as it can run the ROM on my flash card without errors. I used it not only in a flash drive, but also as extra storage on my phone, like a kind of USB flash drive. Despite his age, he still does an excellent job. Unsurprisingly, SanDisk is still one of the biggest contenders in flash storage space. It is now installed on my Nintendo 3DS for online store games. I used it to download Animal Crossing New Leaf and it loads just as fast as my friends 3DS which came with a 4GB microSD card. The included adapter definitely does its job well, although I replaced it using my phone as a mount instead. The red LED indicates when it is active and flashes when data is being transmitted. The indicator turns off when you know it's safe to unplug the USB connector from the device. Overall, this is definitely a product I can recommend. SanDisk is the king of flash memory.
