First of all, I made a great review about the customer service. I don't know how to revise it. Initially I was missing a small round piece of plastic that goes up the end of the rail. I thought they took it a step further by sending an entire second shelf, although all I needed was a plastic piece. That was until they told me I had to remove the little piece of plastic and then take the new one back to UPS to ship back. SERIOUS?! part missing. Should I open the box, take out the little piece, reseal it, and then drive four miles to the nearest UPS store to ship it back? Wow. just wow.
