Received this tablet and sent it back after only a few hours of testing. It was the worst tablet I've ever seen. Pros: WiFi and Bluetooth worked well. Cons: 1. The seller claims that the tablet supports Android 10, but it only supports a small subset of Android 10.2 options. Very bad battery life. A fully charged battery lasted less than three hours with the battery saver set to maximum life and the screen brightness at very low levels.3. The touchscreen is extremely unresponsive, it takes a lot of touches to register. Worst touch screen I've ever seen. The audio is terrible. Sounds like a cheap bottomless tin can. Even installing a sound optimizer didn't help much as the speakers look very, very bad. Many of the usual Android 10 options are missing and most supported options don't work. The only options that seemed to work were Wi-Fi settings, Bluetooth, screen brightness, and audio levels. Otherwise it worked in standard mode no matter what.6. There is no option to disable touchscreen vibration. The tablet vibrates every time you touch the screen. It was very annoying.7. The installed version of Android 10 is very unstable. The tablet crashed many times and had to be restarted about every 20 minutes of the test.8. The tablet is very heavy, tiring to hold in hands. It's like holding a rock.9. Screen colors are not very good or clear. It's hard to believe that the screen actually lives up to the stated resolution. Summary: This is an extremely poorly made tablet with limited features and usability. That's a far cry from the quality of most $100 tablets. Compared to a four-year-old ACER tablet running Android 7, this tablet performs at all. I advise against buying this tablet.
