I once encountered a problem that was written about in another review - the sound disappeared. Headset light is on but no sound. It turned out that the whole thing is in the Type-C cable that goes into the headphones: it moved a little. I used a Samsung charging cable instead of the standard one. And he, an infection, freely enters / exits the headphones. And during the day, accidentally touching the cable, it departs. I tried two other cables: Digma and from a Xiaomi smartphone - they are fixed when connected. After changing the cable, the sound never disappeared again.
