I love that we can set up multiple team calendars to send out all at once, it's great! It seems like there are some bugs but they could be ironed out with more time & support from their staff. Also being able to have several different event types in one spot instead of having them dispersed across other apps would make my life easier as well. Have created an integrated marketing strategy between our internal comms (Slack) + external customer service channels via Facebook messenger. The product itself has been very easy to use, I've only had one issue with it that was resolved quickly by their support team! Not much so far but we have just started working together in our new role as an event manager at my current position (which will be starting soon). We are looking forward implementing some features such automation of tasks like ticketing etc which can save us time when running large events/conferences - this would take too long otherwise!!
