This National Electrical Code (NEC) book was essential for both school and work. I've used it endlessly and it stays in great shape. I ordered the matching organizational tabs and they helped a lot too! I believe it is a law that all electricians are required to have an up to date code book on their vans. I keep it with me and use it often. They make a new one every 3 years so I will be ordering again soon! It will last you every 3 years because it's well made. It also works great with appropriately color-coded tabs. You save a lot of time and make it easier to find answers. Layout and printing are very legible and understandable. It's easy to find your codes and solve the problem. I used it to pass my 2 year electrical exam and I passed it with flying colors.
