It works against fogging but it is difficult to put it on with a mask because you cannot adapt well and because of the cushion one Some of it can't seal your nose. I'm a doctor and sometimes I work 6 or 12 hours and my face gets stuck in my nose and cheeks, a horrible mask so I bought this to get over it but with my mask it's just hard to adjust.
