My own remote control has been unstable for almost two years. He finally died last week. I contacted Vizio and they recommended looking at Revain for the product number on the battery cover. Of course I found it on Revain. Now the TV works better than ever and I can access features I didn't have due to the original's so-so performance. 100% satisfied.
