I was pleasantly surprised! This product is excellent for whitening teeth with little to no sensitivity. As long as you follow the directions and apply the right amount of gel, there is no sensitivity. If you put too much whitening gel on your tray, the gel can get on your gums and cause irritation. Once I got the amounts right on the tray I had no other issues. The gel really whitens my teeth and although I've only used it 3 times I can already see a difference in how much whiter my teeth are getting. Easy to use. I shared with my sister. And took a video and a photo to show off her whiter teeth.
