You'll have to wait longer to judge.
The lumbar support is well made and doesn't feel overly supportive, but when I use it it gets a bit uncomfortable. The arch seems a little more supportive than necessary. Since I sleep on my side, I find that sleeping on my back is only briefly possible until I automatically roll onto my side - then the support seems even less effective.
