I ordered this product first and it was shipped in bubble wrap. Unfortunately this did not prevent the folding and after opening the packaging the product had a few creases. Returned. I reordered as this seems to be the only one that fits the HP Elite x2 1012. This time there was no sign of wrinkling, so I tried applying the product. It's pretty straight forward. Clean the screen and then apply a protective film. Unfortunately, there is a lot of static electricity on the backing, which is dust that gets between the screen and the protective film when the backing is removed during installation. There are bubbles everywhere and the edges have either failed to take advantage of the adhesive or the product is so poor the edges just won't stay down. If you then remove the film protecting the screen protector, you're left with a dull screen that gets worse if you try to wipe it down with a microfiber cloth. I would like to return this second set for a refund but I have used one. I removed it from the tablet after 5 minutes as I was very dissatisfied with this product. I'd rather risk scratching my tablet screen than have to deal with it again. Save your money and don't buy this product.
