I am an electrician with more than fifty years of experience. This designer series is the best I have ever seen or installed. The electrical connector will not connect and the other is just loose and I have adjusted the connector with a clamp to make it work. I will not return the item. My wife will be in tears (I'm a hero for this product). I will be contacting the company directly to resolve this minor issue given all the perks I received from Att's husband. Richard. PS dimmers are fixed, four positions, but it works. No need to climb under the top drawers, just push the knob, not turn the knob. R again
