I'm a big guy trying to lose weight. I tried these thinking these would be easy - I was wrong! These weren't hard to use either, but you really have to build up stamina. I suggest you get the smaller size if you are a beginner. I was only able to do a few reps for 10-15 second intervals at first. I watched a few You-tube videos to find some different exercises, and I'm not bored with this way of exercising.
